Stefan Harvey

Stefan Harvey, Assistant Director, of the California Center for Public Health Advocacy. CCPHA is an independent, nonpartisan nonprofit organization founded by the California Public Health Association-North and the Southern California Public Health Association. Harvey who was a national advocate for the WIC program for some 30 years serves on the board of the California WIC Association.
