George Manalo-Le Clair, MSW

Mr. Manalo-LeClair has been working in the area of welfare and food policy since 1990. He has worked directly with low-income people as a social worker and on their behalf as a lobbyist. He has won victories for low-income people in legislatures of Minnesota, Missouri, Washington, and California. Having previously worked on homelessness, child abuse, juvenile crime, and other social issues, Mr. Manalo-LeClair is now focusing his efforts on ending hunger and on preventing obesity in California. He is currently Legislative Director for California Food Policy Advocates.
