Suzanne du Verrier

Suzanne du Verrier is a retired Food Service Director from the Alisal Union School District. Suzanne also worked with the Child/Adult Care Food Program in WI, MN and for the Dept. of Army, Fort Ord, CA. Suzanne participated in a pilot program that was responsible for the outcome of Provision Two and Three for alternative claiming for the National School Lunch Program. Suzanne was the author of the Summer Seamless Food Program.

Suzanne brought the 5 a Day Program to the AUSD for the past seven years and has written grants for it in excess of 3.5 million dollars.

Suzanne is currently a consultant and is managing the 5 a Day Grant for the AUSD, has a contract with Gonzales USD to assist in the Food Service Dept. and is currently contracted with HELP to assist in the school nutrition and physical activity policy project.
