Debora Pinkas

Since her admission to the California Bar in 1986, Debora Pinkas has worked almost exclusively in the not for profit sector, with a primary emphasis on the formation, negotiation and implementation of contracts and related corporate transactions. Additionally, Debora has many years of experience providing legal technical assistance to a wide variety of clients including community based organizations and public/private collaborations in such areas as workforce development, sustainable agriculture, and more recently in public health as a staff attorney at the Public Health Law Program, a project of the Public Health Institute.
