Pat Wells and Ron Frontella
Husband and wife team, Pat Wells and Ron Frontella combined have participated in the food industry for over 60 years in many different capacities. They are currently principals of P. Wells Enterprises, Inc. a 24 year old food service brokerage company serving the needs of school district lunch, breakfast and snack programs throughout northern California. Pat is a graduate of San Jose State University, and both Ron and Pat have completed the UC Santa Cruz Early Childhood Education certificate and administration program. Ron's expertise is in the transportation and distribution end of the food business, while Pat concentrates on sales and marketing. They are also consulting in the Alisal School District, and are part of HELP’s county-wide, in-school wellness programs at many Monterey County Head Start sites. They implement early childhood nutrition programs assisting teachers and administrators in integrating nutrition curriculum into the classrooms. They also provide classes for preschool and Kinder children and their parents to improve the quality and understanding of healthy and wholesome foods.
