Green Giant Fresh Dressing

Want a fresh yet low calorie dip and dressing for your vegetables & salads? 

1 bunch Green Giant Fresh green onions
1 bunch Green Giant Fresh Broccoli
8 tablespoons fat free sour cream
1/3 cup white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
The juice from ½ of a fresh lemon
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
5 green stuffed olives + 2 tablespoons olive juice from jar
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon Herbs de Provence
2 tablespoons of salt free herb and garlic seasoning
½ cup water

  1. Start with one bunch of rinsed Green Giant Fresh green onions and one bunch of Green Giant Fresh Broccoli washed and steamed tender.
  2. In a food processor place 2 cups of cooked Green Giant Fresh broccoli (including the stems), one bunch of green giant onions (chopped), 8 tablespoons of fat free sour cream, 1/3 cup of white wine vinegar, 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard, the juice of ½ a lemon, 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese, 5 green stuffed olives with 2 tablespoons of olive juice, 1 teaspoon of garlic salt, 1 teaspoon of Herbs De Provence and 2 tablespoons of salt free herb and garlic seasoning, ½ cup of water.
  3. Using the pulse button, combine all ingredients in food processor until well blended.  Store dressing in airtight container in the frig until ready to use.
  4. Serve on top of your favorite salad or use as a healthy dip.
  5. Two tablespoons of ranch dressing can have over 200 calories, where ¼ cup of Green Giant Fresh Dressing has less than 30 calories!
