Green Giant Fresh Iceberg Tostada Recipe
Love Tostada’s but don’t want all the fat in that high calorie tortilla shell?
1 head Green Giant Fresh Iceberg Lettuce
1 cup fat free refried beans
2 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup chopped tomatoes
½ cup chopped green onion
8 tablespoons salsa
4 tablespoons fat free sour cream
Makes 4 Tostadas
- Start with one head of Green Giant Iceberg Lettuce. This lettuce is high in fiber and low in calories and cholesterol and a good source of vitamin A & C.
- Remove any loose outer leaves and rinse under cold water, pat dry and slice Green Giant Iceberg Lettuce into 4 round discs.
