Mills Family Farms Shrimp Cocktail Lettuce Leaves

1 bag of Mills Family Farms Wholeaves (Romaine)
1lb of fresh cooked baby shrimp
1 small jar of prepared seafood cocktail sauce
- Start with a bag of “Mill’s Family Farms Wholeave Lettuce”, found next to the whole head lettuce in the produce section. Choose from Mill’s Family Farm’s Wholeaves; red, green or Romaine lettuce. I love these Wholeaves because they come already washed, separated and ready to use.
- I’m using Mill’s Family Farm’s Romaine Wholeaves; fill each leaf with one tablespoon of fresh baby shrimp.
- Top the shrimp with a teaspoon of your favorite cocktail sauce
- Arrange on a serving platter and serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator until guests arrive.
