TomatoFest Heirloom Tomato Salsa

- Start with four large TomatoFest Heirloom Tomatoes, that come in a variety of beautiful shapes and colors, each with their own distinctive flavors. - Rinse tomatoes under cold water and pat dry.
- Quarter the Heirloom Tomatoes and set aside.
- In a food processor or blender chop;
½ cup green bell pepper,
1/3 cup red onion,
1/3 cup green onions,
2 seeded jalapeno chilies,
1/3 bunch fresh cilantro,
2 large cloves of garlic. - Pulse until vegetables are well chopped and blended.
- Add quartered Heirloom Tomatoes and 2 tablespoons of fresh lime juice to chopped vegetables, pulse until desired consistency.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve your fresh Heirloom Tomato Salsa over eggs, baked potatoes, meat, fish, soups, tacos, vegetables, rice, burgers and even pizza!
